I am basically just posting this one because I was proud of myself after mass-producing a bunch of California rolls. It was my first time giving it a try and I must say, rolling them is way easier that people make it sound. Maybe all that practice in college helped...know what I mean. I have to say that either one of these beers (Arbor Brewing Co's Red Snapper or Dos Equis) make a nice little pairing with California rolls. I particularly liked the Red Snapper with it a little bit better because it had a little bit more hop presence, not too much, but just enough to clean the palate where as Dos Equis is more malt driven. Both were great with though.
